<br/>Participation in this auction is limited to those holding a current federally issued gun dealer's license. A "Certified Copy" (defined as a clean and legible copy of a license with an original signature) of the license MUST be on file with the City of Houston's ARA Asset Disposition ("PDMO") Warehouse before bidding access is granted. Upon receipt of the "Certified Copy" of the FFL, a bidder will be notified their account has been added to the prequalified list.

<br/>If we have a clear copy of a current picture ID (acceptable forms are drivers license, passport, or a state issued ID) you can request shipment of your long gun at a rate of $30.00 per box (limit 1 gun per box). Guns will only be shipped to the person and address listed on the FFL for the winning bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping cost must be charged in a seperate transaction via credit card. A receipt for purchase of gun as well as receipt for shipping cost will be provided.

Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
