This auction is for a 1997 Rhino Flex Wing Mower - Serial Number - 10847 PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS This equipment is stored at Bush Incontinental Airport. There is only one opportunity to view this item since it is in a secured area. Date - 01 Sep 2010 @ 9:00 am. Interested bidders must come to the 2511 Broad Street location and we will take you to see the equipment. Please call to let us know if you want to view the equipment. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all vehicles of interest as most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. *Maintenance Records are NOT provided and/or not available.* (We will do our best to provide as much information as possible). **Winning Bidders** 1. Pick-ups MUST be scheduled in advance with the auction point of contact 2. Must tow non-running vehicles. 3. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible. 4. No maintenance will be allowed on City property. 5. Recommend applying for Vehicle Transit Permit from Texas DOT. We do not provide temporary tags. 6. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS. 7. If you are having someone else pick up the equipment you must provide authorization via email or in writing along with proof of your identification. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS SOLD 'AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES'** All City logo markings and license plates will be removed from equipment prior to release to the winning bidder. Payment and pick-up of the equipment must be completed within 5 business days of the auction's close. DO NOT SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED TO PICK UP YOUR EQUIPMENT - CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT There is a fee of $10 to send title via USPS - if applicable. Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.

Buyers Premium A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.
