By participating in this auction and purchasing any fitness equipment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, without warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of condition, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Equipment may be disassembled, incomplete, or require professional assembly and inspection before use.
The Buyer assumes all risks associated with transport, assembly, and use of the equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Seller, Auctioneer, and their agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or related to the purchase, handling, assembly, or use of the equipment.
Participation in this auction constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Primary Location: 550 Daubenspeck Circle, Kenai, AK.
Turn North on Marathon Road, Turn East at Beacon Sign.
Inspection Dates: Sept. 2, 5, 11 from 8:00-11:00am Sept. 4,9,12 from 1:00-4:00pm
Auction items are to be picked up on Sept.16,19,25 from 1:00-4:00pm or Sept. 18,23,26 from 8:00-11:00am. Please read below to see what is required to pick up items. Titles to be picked up at City Hall for vehicles by the purchaser after payment clears prior to attempting to pick up vehicles.
The City of Kenai may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Kenai.
Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. The NOTICE OF AWARD, PAYMENT RECEIPT, and PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. We have a small forklift and may be available to assist with larger items-
