Office sized lot of Herman Miller fabric covered cubicle panels, parts and accessories.

Including, but not necessarily limited to pictured but unknown quantities of:

Wall panels of varied height and width.

Panels, full and shorter heights and widths.


All connectors: Wall start, straight, 90°, multi-directional, finished ends.

Panel bases, leveling feet, electrical raceways and components.

Draw rods and blocks.

Work surfaces and support arms.

All associated brackets, screws, bolts, etc.

Sliding tub drawers and pencil drawers.


Some Herman Miller desks, tables, filing cabinets and shelving. (Items TBD, If any)

There are no assembly instructions, manuals or paperwork included.

 

 

What is NOT included:

Computers, monitors, copiers, or any electronic equipment.

Office chairs or desk equipment.

Wall art or décor.

Appliances.

Personal effects of any kind. 

 

Delivery is included within the Fairbanks city limits at No cost to purchaser.
Delivery outside the carrier’s limits may be discussed between the carrier and purchaser and would be at the purchaser’s expense.

Delivery of these items set to take place on October 7th but may be subject to change.

Due to the sensitive nature of documents located in the department in which these cubicles are housed, no viewing will be conducted.

Viewing of Auction items is by appointment only.

Pick-up hours are by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for all packing, loading, removing and transporting of property and any cost associated with the removal.

Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, without warranty. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of the Fairbanks North Star Borough as to condition or quality of surplus property.

A bid deposit may be required on higher value items to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. All property is sold as is, where is. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Unless prior arrangements are made, buyer must remove auction item(s) from the Fairbanks North Star Borough's premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
