Original Title issued in year 1996 will be provided, however, registration is lost.  Van was registered as an exempt State vehicle but the registration paper is unavailable and presumed lost.

This vehicle is being sold As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied.

Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days and removed from University property within 7 days of payment or it will be considered abandoned property- no exceptions- please make arrangements accordingly.

The successful bidder will be responsible for safely removing the item(s) as CSU Northridge will not pack, ship, lift, or load item(s).

CSU Northridge will only release auction item(s) directly to the successful bidder named on the auction receipt by verifying photo ID. No third-party pick-up.

Public Surplus will notify the Buyer via email of receipt of payment.

CSU Northridge may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers to decrease default bidding.

CSU Northridge charges 9.75% sales tax unless a California seller's permit is on file before auction close.

PayMac handles all payments for CSU Northridge. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfers or credit cards. No cash, checks, or money orders.

Removal. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within five (5) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, and within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency including relisting the item for auction.

Items paid but not picked up within the given time frame will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final.
