Truck does start and run.  It is partially disassembled due to being in the bodyshop for repairs caused by this accident.  Frame damage was noted during the estimate and the truck is now being put up for sale.
For obvious reasons, the purchaser will be reponsible for obtaining a smog check and certificate at their expense.
 
Photos are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee the condition of the vehicle at time of pickup. Bidder should do their due diligence and inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid.

We recommend that all bidders view/inspect auction items before placing a bid. We are not responsible for any undiscovered, undisclosed, or unknown problems with vehicles and other auction items

Vehicles/equipment for sale may be inspected by appointment only however no test drives are allowed.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: City of Menlo Park may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
