2024 Ford Interceptor Utility AWD, powered by a 400 HP, 3.0L Twin Turbo, Eco-Boost V-6 and an automatic transmission. Unit has 12,238 miles, runs and drives. This unit was involved in a collision and sustained front right-side damage which deployed all air bags, except for the dash mounted front passenger air bag. This unit comes with the original rear seats and original rear door panels but may not include the rear seat belts, they may be behind the interior panels. There are multiple loose wires, holes in the roof and interior from removed police equipment. This unit will come with a clean title and it is possible that this unit may still have some warranty coverage. There are small scratches and dings in the body, 360° around the unit. Due to airbag deployment, it is recommended that this unit be towed.
Remember - this bid is the same as a contract.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Modesto will charge applicable sales tax [8.875%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 9.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
