This auction is for one lot of (13) used trash cans. All items are in good condition with normal wear and tear. See picture for overall condition.

These items are being sold AS/IS WHERE/IS with NO returns or refunds. All conditions are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. Please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding. We encourage customers to make an appointment to physically inspect item(s) before placing bid(s).

 

WE DO NOT PREPARE, PACKAGE OR SHIP. BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROCESS. BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO HAVE WHATEVER (e.g.,  hand trucks or dollies, ramps, straps, etc.) IS NEEDED TO LOAD ITEMS. 

 

Any questions regarding items will be answered during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WITHIN THE LAST HOUR OF THE AUCTION CLOSING.

 

ALL PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Normal pick-up & viewing times are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Saint Vrain Valley School District RE will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
