PAYMENT: Within 5 business days of close of auction.
PICK UP:
- Within 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
- Appointment only, call or email for availability.
- Picture ID required, must match the name on the payment receipt.
- You must bring help with you if these items are unmanageable by yourself. Buyer is responsible for all necessary work to move the item (packing, loading, transporting, shipping).
OTHER DISCLAIMERS:
- SHIPPING: We will not ship anything. Items will not be released to unauthorized pickup parties. If a third party is designated to pick up items on behalf of the winning bidder (another individual or a shipping company), it is mandatory for the bidder to email the name of the individual picking up the items and provide the auction number/s. The person picking up needs to provide a picture ID for the items to be released.
- TAX EXEMPTION: If eligible, submit your tax certificate via email. Only Florida certificates are accepted.
- ELECTRONICS ITEMS:
- No hard drives, working conditions are unknown
- All Memory/RAMS, Hard drives have been removed
- No batteries for laptops
- No electrical power cords available
- Any and all information technology equipment will be stripped of any components that could contain potential law enforcement information.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Florida Department of Law Enforcement may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary. Florida Department of Law Enforcement will not handle any packing or shipping for any items sold.
