Used as a transport van for individuals in custody. Regular maintenance completed every 3-5,000 miles. Car will run but does not hold a charge and needs to be jumped to start. Has not been driven in multiple years due to this issue. Cannot get the hood latch to open to send any photos of the engine. Because we can’t get the hood latch to open, we cannot jump it to get it to run or get pictures of the odometer.
