Auction is for one Dayton Air Purifier Model 2HPPB1.

There is no information on the item and it is not known if it works.  Item was picked up at a school that no longer used it.  Probably needs new filters.

Item being sold as-is and where is.  There is no warranty or guarantee implied. Picture is not of actual item and is representative of the condition.


Tax Exempt bidders must provide Tax Exempt Certificate prior to paying for item.

Item can be inspected by appointment only during FCPS warehouse hours.  

Once auction has ended winning bidder shall contact warehouse to schedule pick up of items.  Item pick up must be done during FCPS hours.  A forklift and loading docks are available at pick up site.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within 7 business days after notification of award. Items not picked up may be disposed in other manners, payment will not be refunded and buyer blocked from future auctions.

PayMac handles all payments for Fayette Schools (FCPS).

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

FCPS will charge a sales tax of 6%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final.Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
