*This lot has a mixture of many different book titles and other items as pictured. Items fill a gaylord that is approx 48 x 40 x 36"H (gaylord is not included with purchase - items must be taken out during pickup)
**Condition ranges from Fair to Excellent. Please note that these items are sold as-is. The items may have scuffing, missing pages, highlighting and/or writing on the inside and outside.
The seller (Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11) is released from any liability. Successful bidders will be responsible for removal of the item, upon receipt of award. The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. PACKING MATERIALS, BOXES/BINS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

Payment AND pickup for an awarded item must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the Notice of Award from Public Surplus unless specified in the posted auction description. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of award.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11 will charge appropriate sales tax of 8.125%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
