All items are sold AS-IS, and the seller (Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11) is released from any liability. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of the item upon receipt of the award. The successful bidder must handle packing and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. The district will not provide assistance with loading or moving.

After final payment is made the buyer must contact Jay Belden at 763-506-5810 to arrange for picking up this item. Arrangements for the pick up time window must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior and within two weeks of the auction closing.

Payment AND pickup for an awarded item must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the Notice of Award from Public Surplus unless specified in the posted auction description. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of award.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11 will charge appropriate sales tax of 8.125%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item and will also be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary, upon receipt of award. The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. The Notice of Award, Payment Receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email.
