The hydraulic system was repaired by Kawasaki, but the issue recurred. Kawasaki confirmed that the bent shaft is the root cause and will continue to compromise the hydraulic system's functionality. Hours are unreadable.Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Buyers waive any claims for damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, or any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of any item.

Additional Terms
- A 10.5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final sale price (minimum $1 per auction). This will be visible during bidding and included in the total.
- All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of payment receipt via email.
- The successful bidder is responsible for pickup of item(s) within 10 business days of award notification.
- At pickup, the notice of award, payment receipt, and valid ID must be presented. Items will not be released without these.
- Pickup is by appointment only. Contact Katie Sais at (505) 966-1709 to schedule.
- The buyer is responsible for packing, loading, or towing any item(s) at pickup, if necessary.

Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for Belen Consolidated Schools.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Belen Consolidated Schools may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
