The County of Lincoln is offering for sale one 2009 Ford F350 Power-Stroke Diesel Pick-Up 4WD with a Meyer Snowplow. This vehicle was taken out of service in 2025. To the best of our knowledge the vehicle is in running and driving condition as well as the snowplow. We recommend that all bidders physically view or inspect item(s) before placing bid(s). TEST DRIVES ARE NOT PERMITTED OFF THE YARD.

INSPECTION 

Pick-up must occur within fourteen (14) business days after notification of award. EXTENSIONS ONLY PERMITTED BY ARRANGEMENTS WITH DEPARTMENT STAFF.

 We receive vehicles from various departments and can only provide the information provided to us.  We will make all attempts to answer any other questions you have that are not answered on this posting. There is no guarantee questions can be answered before the closing, the clerk is not always in the office and could be doing field work out of the office.

You have 7 calendar days from the auction closing date to make payment, failure to do so will automatically default you on the Site. You have 14 business days to pick up your winning item(s), unless prior arrangements are made with our Clerk. Otherwise, the item will be forfeited and re-listed and possibly the bidder being blocked from future auctions. A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract, please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. ANY BIDDER DEFAULTING ON A VEHICLE CAN BE PERMANENTLY SUSPENSION FROM BIDDING ON OUR SITE.

The buyer will receive a Certificate of Title and a Bill-of-Sale transferring ownership. New Mexico does not require emissions testing, so there are no emissions records for these vehicles. The winning bidder will assume all responsibility for the removal of the vehicle(s). NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LOADING; TOWING; JUMPING THE BATTERY; AIRING UP TIRES; OR GETTING IT RUN FOR ANY VEHICLE. Therefore, please come prepared and assume that the vehicle will have been sitting for some time and will need a jump OR TIRES INFLATED. If the vehicle was driven to the auction yard or if it was towed in, that is noted.

PayMac handles all payments for Lincoln County.

Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 7 business days of close of auction.

A 11% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 7 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, unless other arrangements have been made. The payment receipt or ID must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.

Lincoln County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Picking up winnings is by appointment only, call 575-648-2385 Extension 106. Successful bidder will be solely responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or loading of any item(s). Shipping and packaging of items in not available by the County, smaller items exceptions can be made with buyer arranging for pre-paid shipping labels.
