Winning bidder needs to schedule an appointment to pick up the item. A copy of your ID and receipt is required to pick-up your item.
Successful bidder is responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting all the items won from College of Southern Nevada.
SHIPPING is ONLY available via The UPS Stores providing a pickup, pack, and ship service. Please email Surplus@csn.edu for a list of The UPS Stores near the campus or just search them by our zip code 89030. We will need an email stating you authorize The UPS store of your choice to pick up your item and provide us with a copy of your ID.
We do NOT pack/wrap and ship.
We do NOT accept call tags or prepaid labels.
The successful bidder must pick-up auction item(s) within ten (10) business days after the time and date of winning action. If after making payment for an item(s), fails to remove the item(s) within the specified time, College of Southern Nevada reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise.
Inspection of Auction items is not allowed unless specified in the auction.
CSN may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for CSN.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
As of January 01, 2020, a State Sales Tax will be applied to each auction. Nevada's current tax rate is 8.375%. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption letter to Public Surplus.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
