The Frymaster MJ145ESC is a commercial, natural gas-powered, open-pot deep fryer designed for high-volume, fast-paced foodservice environments, featuring a robust 122,000 BTU Master Jet burner system for efficient heat transfer and quick temperature recovery, and a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel construction. Key characteristics include a ~50-lb oil capacity, a deep cold zone to extend oil life, a fast-acting, centerline thermostat for accurate temperature control, and a self-standing millivolt control system that doesn't require electrical connections.
