Bus ran when parked. Interior lights work intermittently. Batteries are dead and will not charge. No work on site except battery change out. If new batteries do not get the bus running then you must tow it offsite to perform any work. NO WORK ON SITE EXCEPT BATTERY CHANGE OUT.
