Up for auction is a large bulk lot of assorted audiobook CDs removed from the Cooper Library at Clemson University. These items were part of the library’s media collection and include a wide variety of fiction, non-fiction, lectures, educational series, and memoirs. The lot is contained in a large Gaylord box (approx. 3–4 ft tall) on a pallet.
Quantity:
Estimated 300–500 audiobooks (possibly more). Titles range widely and include:
- Popular fiction
- Non-fiction and biographies
- University lecture series (e.g., Modern Scholar series)
- Mystery and thriller titles
- Literary works
- Educational and academic materials

Condition:
- Used – Library surplus
- Most audiobooks are complete in their original cases
- Cases may show wear from circulation (scuffs, stickers, labels, barcodes)

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Clemson University will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours, by appointment only, are normally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM EST except for university holidays or noted otherwise. Most surplus property is located at Clemson University Surplus and Receiving 108 Perimeter Rd Clemson SC 29634 but some items may be at other university locations across the state of South Carolina.
