2012 John Deere 644K payloader. 3799.2 hours.  Engine is blown but can be rebuilt or replaced.  Machine has been maintained and serviced at regular intervals. GEM 4.25 yd bucket. Glass is in good condition. Body is in good condition with normal wear. Tires are approximately 40% with weather checking. Loader sold AS IS with no warranty. All sales are final.
 
Winning bidder to arrange for pickup at RDO in Aberdeen SD. Loader will need to be winched onto trailer for transport. If the listed buyer chooses to send someone else to pick up their purchase, the purchaser must send an Email or call in authorization stating who may pick it up. (This includes tow companies.)
Buyers, you can pick up your loader as soon as we see your payment has posted.

Potter County Highway Department may require a bid deposit.

Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for Potter County Highway Department.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Potter County Highway Department will charge sales tax to non-exempt purchasers. The tax rate will be 4.5%. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the designated location. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
