This auction is being conducted as a Dutch Auction. You may bid on one or both items. Please note that if you bid on both, the price is per item (not for the combination).

  • If purchasing only one item, the first buyer to arrive for pick-up will have first choice

The actual working status of individual items in this lot is unknown. These are reported conditions and may have changed since the time of inspection. *NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE* All items are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITON unless otherwise stated and are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview or inspection is NOT an option unless specifically specified. The City is unable to accommodate these requests at this time.

Awarded items must be removed from the City's premises within 5 business days of the close of the auction. However, no property may be claimed or removed prior to making full payment. If unclaimed by winning bidders, the City reserves the right to re-auction or award the item to the next highest bidder.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction

Draper City may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Draper City may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours 8am - 4pm Monday-Friday. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Draper City will NOT ship any items.
