The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from ASD Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup.  Be prepared to load your items from a dock door or down a wheelchair ramp.  Due to liability District personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.

Alpine School District Surplus Standard Disclaimers for Online Auctions

All users must have an active account with Public Surplus for at least 30 days to participate on our auctions.

PayMac, receives and processes ALL payments for ASD Surplus. Payment for an awarded item must be received by Public Surplus within five (5) business days of close of auction.

Payment may only be made online by credit card, or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Utah sales tax shall be added to all purchases, except for the purchase of items with a title where taxes are paid at registration.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from ASD Surplus, Property premises within seven (7) business days of notification of award by Public Surplus. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up.

Bid Deposits: ASD Surplus may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

If the buyer fails to pay for the item(s) within five (5) days & pick-up item(s) in seven (7) days of auction close, the item(s) may be promptly re-sold and buyer blocked.
