This item is being sold in conjunction with other items in order to settle and satisfy a judgment in the amount of $137,699.63 (plus costs for service, post judgment, and other fees and costs). If the settled price has been exceeded, the defendant has the right to determine which of the items listed will be sold to settle the amount owed. The winning bidder will be contacted and informed, if this becomes the case.

 

Bidders may inspect the items on December 01, 2025. A Deputy from the Iron County Sheriff’s Office will be available at Iron County Parcel Number C-0043-0000-0000 from 9 a.m. until Noon. Then at the Iron County Fleet from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to inspect items in person in order to keep them secure.

 

The winning bidder will be responsible for retrieving and transporting items they have purchased. These items will not be delivered in any way. The winning bidders will be given instructions on how to claim the property.

 

 

WE DO NOT INSPECT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO SALE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND A PERSONAL INSPECTION AND MAKE NO GUARANTEES AS TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE ITEMS.

 

 

The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented to the Iron County Sheriff's Office prior to pickup of item and to receive Sheriff's Deed. 

 

 Remember - Your bid is the same as a contract.  Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying.  A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract. 

 

Successful bidder will pay online by credit card or wire transfer within 5 business days of notice of award and pick up within 14 days of notice of award.  All items are sold "as is, where is", with no warranty.  All Sales Are Final with no refunds.  All conditions are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. All items are sold as “Caveat Emptor,” or “Buyer Beware.” 

 

 

You are expected to load your own items.  If you cannot carry or lift your items, you will need to arrange for help.  Employees will not assist. 

 Vehicle/equipment purchases bid upon but not picked up within fourteen (14) days will be forfeited and re-listed on the auction site and the buyer will be BLOCKED from future bidding. 

Iron County highly suggests a personal inspection prior to placing a bid. All bids are binding. Buyer is responsible for loading & pickup. NO loading assistance will be provided, regardless of "condition" of item. We do not ship items; items are available for local pickup only. If you require shipping you must arrange pickup, packaging, insurance and delivery charges with the carrier of your choice within 14 days of the successful bid.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Iron County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
