Determination of condition, function, and perceived or assumed value is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All parcels for sale are subject to any and all special easements and the assessment liens of other taxing districts. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to easements of record, including public utility easements and public right-of-way easements; and subject to any other interests preserved as a matter of law.

5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price.

Payment must be made within 2 business days of the close of auction per deadlines in terms of sale.

Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. Payment will be made to the Public Surplus. NO ACH payments allowed.
The Grant County Treasurer's office will prepare new title application and other documents needed to change ownership of the property based upon the bidder registration information, within thirty (30) days of sale. If the winning bidder wishes the title of property ownership to be in a different name said bidder must contact the Treasurer's office by email.

If no one bids the minimum amount for of a particular parcel, the parcel may be rebid the following week.
