2004 Jeep Liberty 4X4, this was an Engineering vehicle and was used as such. There is no warranty, and it will be sold as-is. This vehicle has been serviced and repaired by our fleet services, service records available.
Mechanical: Engine runs well, does use oil. Has oil leak from valve cover gaskets. Has open left outer CV boot and worn Right outer tie rod end. transmission shifts well. Transfer case in operating condition. Tires are in good condition 5/32nds all around.
Body: Minor dents and scratches typical for an Engineering vehicle. Holes have been drilled in the body for a radio antenna. Body damage, passenger doors (see photos)
Interior: Vehicle has a dark gray interior, driver’s seat is worn and stained, passenger seat is also stained, Rear seat in fair condition with minor stain. Holes have been drilled in the dash for radio equipment.
Options: Power window, power door locks, power mirrors, AM/FM w/CD, A/C is operational, dual air bags and anti-lock brakes.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Port Townsend will charge a sales tax of 9.1% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
