** Items must be paid for within five (5) business days. Items not paid for within the given time frame will be forfeited.
** Items paid for but not picked up within the given time frame will be forfeited.
** No refunds, credits or exchanges.
PICK-UP
** Pick-up is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm at our Wausau campus, unless otherwise noted in the auction.
** If the auction item is large, please send an email to auction@ntc.edu to schedule a pick-up appointment. If the auction item is small an appointment is not required.
** All items must be picked up within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award.
** We will not hold items past the original deadline while buyers bid on other auctions.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING ASSISTANCE!
** Buyer is solely responsible for loading and securing your own items for transport.
** If you cannot carry or lift your winnings by yourself, you must bring appropriate manpower with you to load your item(s).
** You must bring your own equipment (dollies, strapping material, tie-downs, etc.) for loading.
** Employees will NOT assist with loading/securing auction items. **
SHIPPING
** We do not provide packaging or shipping, and we do not accept shipping labels (no exceptions).
** You must pick up your item in-person and show both your payment receipt and your i.d. at the time of pick-up.
** If you need to make shipping arrangements, you are responsible for all arrangements. Items will not be released to a shipping company unless we have first received your signed auction receipt (directly from you, not the shipping company) naming the shipping company and date of pick-up. Send this to auction@ntc.edu.
** Please allow one full business day for us to process your payment before picking up item.
AS-IS, WHERE-IS
All auction items may have general wear and tear from use. All items are offered in “as-is, where-is” condition without warranties or guarantees. No refunds, credits or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please be advised that Dutch Auctions are not supported with the Public Surplus Buyer's App. To bid on a Dutch auction item, please access Public Surplus through a browser to ensure that you are able to select the quantity you would like to bid on.

Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The Notice of Award, Payment Receipt, & personal identification, must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the items will not be released to you. Items may be picked up from Central Services (Receiving) at the Wausau Campus Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, unless otherwise indicated on the auction posting.Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.Bid Deposits: NTC may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.PayMac, handles all payments for NTC. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!NTC will charge a sales tax of 5.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add & include the sales tax amount when making payment.Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process & added to the total bid.All sales are final.
