2007 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 Rear Wheel Drive. Engine starts and transmission engages. A/C blows "cool" and will need to be recharged. Vehicle has been impounded for 10 years in an exposed lot and consequently, the tires are rotten and the exterior of the truck is weathered. Also note in the photos that there is damage to the roof of the truck just above the front windshield. See photos for details.
