Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within five (5) business days after the date of the notice of the award.

 

Pickup Deadline: Must be picked up within five (5) business days after payment received. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to pick up the item within the specified time, the Chandler Unified School District reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise.

 

 

Important Notes on Shipping & Handling:

 

Chandler Unified School District does not provide shipping, packaging, labeling, weighing, or measuring for third-party freight.

 

Items may be packaged or wrapped for warehouse storage only, not transport-ready.

 

The buyer is responsible for all loading and transport arrangements.

 

CUSD staff does not load items, but limited forklift assistance may be available at warehouse only.

CUSD may require a bid deposit.

PayMac,a third-party payment processing company handles all payments for CUSD.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Be advised, CUSD will not provide any tools, equipment, or assistance for the disassembly or assembly of auctioned items.
