BUYER HAS A MAXIMUM OF TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF AWARD TO CONTACT THE SELLER VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO SCHEDULE AND PICKUP ITEMS.  Times you will be offered will range between 8:00am-3:00pm Monday–Friday only. Usually same day appointments DO NOT work and so you'll want to plan and call ahead.

This auction is for 1 large conference room table. 12'x4.5'

  • All honey oak stained color wood 2" thick table top (comes in 2 halves).
  • 3 welded sheet metal cylinder legs with matching wood veneer cover.
  • Hole in the center of the table top for A/V control boxes to run conference calls/tv/screen displays. Center leg has an access door where additional cords/ power boxes, etc can be housed.

Conference table is used and in very good condition. Used in an executive conference room, it was used a few times a day by staff and professionals, not students. The table has been taken apart already and is in 5 separate pieces. 

See photos for more details and measurements. The table top is very thick and heavy. A quality piece that will last you for years! Because of the weight/size of it, 2 physically abled persons are required for pickup along with a rolling cart for transport. NO EXECEPTIONS.

 The college does not provide any boxing, packaging, or shipping of any kind.

The College reserves the right to block a bidder's ability to bid on College surplus items for any reason. This includes but is not limited to bidder's failure to make payment within required payment period, failure to make appointment for pick-up of surplus items and rude or discourteous behavior toward College staff.

The College may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for The College.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

The College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.
