Up for bid are (5) toolboxes with NO KEYS. These are Craftsman brand but the logo appears to be missing on all units. Tool boxes may have dents, dings, scraps, stuck or bent drawers, etc. Picture was taken of the front of each toolbox. No drawers were checked for functionality. Toolboxes will be sold in AS-IS condition with no guarantee of condition nor functionality. 
 
*Winning bidder is solely responsible for pickup. Please bring appropriate equipment and personnel for loading. These toolboxes ARE NOT on pallets and you will need to handload them onto your vehicle. No forklift assistance with this auction. Local pickup only. Pickup by appointment only, see contact info above.*

PayMac, a third-party payment processing company receives and processes all payments and will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger than this amount, follow the instructions listed under Wire Transfers.

EVIT will charge state/local sales tax on all items.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises and is responsible for packing, loading, shipping and/or transporting of items if necessary, and no later then 10 days after "notice of award".
