This 1992 Ford F-150 is being sold as-is with No Warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  The vehicle has served the City well.  Running condition is unknown.  No formal inspection has been conducted since vehicle has been out of commission.  Expect to tow off location.
 

BE ADVISED:

The buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick-ups with the City of Globe within the proper time frame, No Exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced

 

PLEASE BRING:

Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset.  The City of Globe does not assist with any loading, shipping, packaging, etc. of any form.  The City of Globe will supply no tools, or assistance in removal of items.  In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf.  Within the email, include a copy of your ID.

Also, please bring the "Paid Receipt" and identification when picking up items

Bid Deposits: The City of Globe may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Paymac handles all payments for the City of Globe.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the City of Globe will not release the item to you.
