INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP: Vehicles, vehicle parts, pallets and large equipment: Pick-up Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

 

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

PAYMENT DEADLINE:
 PAYMENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY 09/22/25.

Please note: Transfer of title on awarded vehicles can be mailed. the awarded bidder must provide packaging and pre-paid postage. The title will only be mailed once the awarded vehicle is picked up. 

 

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

 

A. You must first pay for the vehicle or item through Public Surplus. Payment must be received within 5 days after the close of the auction.

 

B. In order to pick up the Bill of Sale and/or the Vehicle Title, you must present a copy of your payment receipt and a valid picture ID to Fleet Services located at 3675 E. Andy Devine Ave., Kingman, Arizona. If someone else will be picking up the vehicle on your behalf, an inked signed Authorization Letter from you is required with a copy of your valid picture ID. The Authorization Letter must specifically state the VIN or pallet number. Be sure to include, at minimum, the name and address of purchaser. The person picking up the vehicle must also have the receipt of payment and valid picture ID of BOTH the buyer and the authorized person, all paperwork including the title will be given to the pickup person.

 

C. Once you have the Bill of Sale and or the Vehicle Title, you may pick up your vehicle at Motor Pool located at 3675 Andy Devine, Kingman, Arizona. No appointment is necessary for vehicle or other item pick up.

 

D. The winning bidder must pick up all items in person or is responsible for making alternative arrangements for pick up. Mohave County does not ship or crate any items. Our staff cannot help load or move items. You must provide all labor and tools needed to load your items and vehicles. MOHAVE COUNTY WILL NOT MAIL ANY DOCUMENTS OR MAKE SHIPPING ARRANGMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF.

 

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
