This item has been stored for several years and has not been started. Being sold in "as is" condition.
Pick up is by appointment only. Pick up location is on Perimeter Rd., Montague, CA. Further details will be given during scheduling.
When picking-up items, please have PRINTED PAPER COPIES of:
1. The notice of award;
2. Payment receipt; and
3. State issued personal photo identification that matches information on award/purchase documents.

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only. All items are sold "as is". No refunds, no guarantees.
County of Siskiyou may require a bid deposit to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers.
PayMac, handles all payments for County of Siskiyou. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up or removal of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing or noted within auction listing. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. Failure to pick-up item(s) within timeframe may result in forfeiture of item.
