We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the CONDITION we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS OR THE CURRENT CONDITION IT IS IN.  All of our items are sold as is.

**ALL ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE PICKED UP DURING YOUR SET APPOINTMENT—NO PICKING THROUGH THE PURCHASE. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND** You are expected to bring a large vehicle to accommodate your purchase. You are expected to load your items. If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you must bring someone with you. Pickups are by scheduled appointment only.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. All items sold on auction are untested and sold as is. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

The forklift is available to assist with loading.

Buyer must give 48 hrs notice before pickup. 

Appointments/Pickups are Mon-Friday. 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. 

The winning Bidder MUST provide their labor and materials to remove the item(s) from the warehouse and take all items at the time of pickup. 

Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within Five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer fails to remove the item within the specified time after making payment for an item, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

***Abandonment of Item.*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time(5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Sunnyside Unified School District No.12 will be able to re-list any items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.

PayMac, handles all payments for Sunnyside School District. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.

Sunnyside School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
