Caterpillar 963D Track type loader. 7864+- hours. Multiple engine and drive codes-E1721 restriction, 168-4 Voltage Low, 271-3 voltage high, 2686-8 LT Drive motor spd, 271-5 current below normal. Electrical issues. May not start/run. Batteries Dead ect.

Buyer is responsible for loading items. WCSWDD#1 does not pack, palletize or prepare items for transport or shipment.

Pickup and Viewing of Auction Items by appointment ONLY
Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises WITHIN TEN BUSINESS DAYS of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. If the items have not been picked up after ten business days with no attempt to contact the seller, they will be re-posted to the auction and no refund will be given. We understand that there are certain circumstances which make it difficult for buyers to pick up items, however if the buyer maintains communication with WCSWDD#1 and makes alternate arrangements (M-F (excluding holidays), 8AM-12 p.m.), leniency may be granted.  The notice of award, the payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.

Third Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).  We are not responsible for 3rd party couriers.

Washakie County Solid Waste Disposal District #1will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
