For Sale: Lot of Four (4) Commercial/Restaurant Dining Booths and Four (4) Tables.

This set offers a classic diner or mid-century modern aesthetic, perfect for starting your own restaurant, retro cafe, or creating a unique dining area at home. The booths feature brown/rust-colored vinyl seating and backrests with a teal and geometric patterned fabric accent.

The set includes:

  • 4 Double-Sided Diner Style Booths

  • 4 Black Laminate Table Tops with Metal Bases (as seen in the installed photo)

Condition Note: The booths are currently disassembled (as shown in the warehouse photos), but the main components are present. Some parts may show wear and tear, and some require repair or refurbishment (e.g., re-stapling fabric, checking structural integrity). This is a fixer-upper lot and is priced accordingly. Perfect for someone handy or a business looking to refinish.

Creative Uses for the Booths

  • Home Office/Study Nook: Place one or two single-facing booths against a wall with a long table. This creates a focused, semi-private workspace for kids' homework or an adult's home office. The high back naturally dampens sound and reduces visual distraction.

Everything on our site is listed "AS Is" condition- we offer no guarantees of working condition. We offer NO SHIPPING. Everything is Pick up only. Pick up hours are M-Th 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm.

We encourage customers to make an appointment to view item(s) before bidding. All customers MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT prior to arriving on campus to pick up item(s). If you arrive to the warehouse without an appointment, we make no guarantee that we can assist you. If item is not removed from our facility in 10 days, it will be relisted or disposed of

PayMac handles all payments for Washtenaw Community College.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Washtenaw Community College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
