The Office of the State Treasurer has awarded a new merchant services contract to manage credit and debit card payments for all Arizona state agencies.
Beginning September 29, 2025, a $2.00 or 2.2% (whichever is greater) processing fee will apply to all credit/debit transactions.
Please note: The ADOT payment portal will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from September 26 at 6:00 AM (MST) through September 29 at 8:00 AM (MST). The new fee structure will go into effect immediately following the maintenance window
