WE HAVE RECENTLY STARTED USING AN INHOUSE SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS.  ONCE YOU WIN AN AUCTION YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU WISH TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT.

Buyer understands and agrees that the buyer is purchasing the described property as is, where is, with no warranty either expressed or implied except as to title.  Buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the property and accept ownership with all defects whether known or unknown, present or latent.  TUSD makes no representations of present condition, prior use or suitability for future use.  All sales are final.

TUSD reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered.

TUSD strongly recommends viewing items before placing bid. Call Asset Management at (520) 225-4899 to schedule an appointment.  

Public Surplus does not handle payments on behalf of TUSD.  Payment may only be made directly to TUSD Asset Management by MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER’S CHECK.

Full payment and pickup is due within five (5) working days from the auction’s close.  If payment by mail has been arranged, payment must arrive prior to auction pick up. 

Please call TUSD Asset Management, 520-225-4899, between 8:00 – 3:00 Monday through Friday for available pick up times.   Buyer must bring with them the closing notification email from Public Surplus along with valid driver’s license or other official photo identification.   

If third party is picking up auction, they must have letter from buyer giving permission for TUSD to release auction to them along with copy of buyer’s photo ID and closing notification. 

There will be a 7% buyer’s premium and a 1% seller's premium, total of 8%, to all purchases made.

Successful bidder will be responsible for set up and all costs of shipping item(s) if necessary. TUSD will not assist with any packaging, preparation for shipping or loading.  If item is being shipped TUSD will require Shipping Company’s contact information.  Winning bidder is responsible to ensure that shipping company driver will load their vehicle.  TUSD employees will not enter shipping company’s vehicle or trailer.
